Freak Show Performance artist, musical and reptile-man hybrid! Meet Erik “The Lizardman” Sprangue!
Erik started working on the complete design he wanted for himself back in 1990, but it wasn’t until 4 years later that he would start the modification process. Turning Erik into the Lizardman took around 650-700 hours of tattooing alone, along with several piercings, teflon horns implants above his eyes, split tongue and teeth filed sharp like fangs.
For a while he had the unofficially strongest pierced earlobes in the world, having successfully pulled cars a couple of times, but due to a severe reaction he no longer wears jewellery in his earlobes.
Other then his freak show performances he also writes for Body Modification E-zine and has a rock band called: Lizard Skynyrd
He lives in Austin, Texas with his wife Meghan and some pet ferrets.
