Luigi has the most INSANE line work I've ever seen, I have gotten 11 tattoos now and none of them have even come close to Luigis work, he's very polite, knows his way around the art and doesn't have a heavy hand, if you want precise lines and a great time I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Luigi!
