Possibly a shoulder/half sleeve piece with background. This is for my dear friend Penny who passed away from cancer two years ago. I want the tattoo to do her justice, therefore I haven't found the funds nor an artist good enough for this. "You get what you pay for" I can't put a price tag on this.
