They made sure every detail was perfect! Matt was so personable and professional. In the past, getting a tattoo seemed like a transaction. This time I felt like I made a friend. Matt made me feel so personable and I loved his enthusiasm and the excitement around my tattoo idea. I sat for 3 1/2 hours and he was so courteous and went at my pace. Would highly recommend!!!
