My artist Dani never showed up to our appointment and her as well as the shop has been dodging me when it comes to giving me a refund of the deposit I put down for a tattoo that I never got. The deals are amazing and the artists work is beautiful but this business is unprofessional. I understand that things happen so there must’ve been a good reason for her not showing up to our appointment, but for both the artist and the shop to avoid my calls and messages etc so that I can get my refund back is unprofessional and unacceptable.
