I wanted to try a new piercing place. I got a piercing done here on March 23, 2021. The customer service was not the best. The piercing was below average. I did not like the fact that my right earring was getting sucked into my ear due to wrong sizing. My ears piercing was inflamed and hurting. I have had my ears piercing done before so I know the pain level. My ears never reacted this badly or in so much pain. Especially since I got titanium. I do feel it's because that day I went in to get my ears pierced they were super busy leading to the piercing process feeling rushed. I did not feel confident coming in for them to take a look at. Furthermore, I did end up going back to them to fix the issue. They did change the earring out. Overall I was not pleased with the handling of my ear. I changed my review came back a third time for them to fix the earring that is sucked up into my year. They seemed to care less. Overall very NOT pleased with this type of service they charged me to take out the earring? These people have no idea what they are doing. There are so many better piercing places with people that care. Avoid this place.
