About the Studio
Founded by Darren Rosa in 1984, we are one of the first legal shops in lower Manhattan. Rising Dragon is considered to be one of the best tattoo parlors in NYC. Rising Dragon Tattoos is home to 6 fantastic artists who do custom work in a wide range of styles. We're open 7 days a week and work mostly by appointment but are open to walk-ins if the schedule allows for it.

I got a large rose on my back/spine done by Chris. He managed to put so much detail into the tat in under 2hrs. This was my best tattoo experience thus far. I'm definitely going back!
